Organizing your schedule to thrive with Brooke Elder

Organizing your schedule to thrive with Brooke Elder

Brooke Elder is the founder of Social Tenacity. After being in the Network Marketing arena for 10 years, she started her business in 2015 after seeing such a need in Networking Marketing for a leader to show network marketers how to market online without being "spammy weirdos".

In order to be a successful Network Marketing professional you don’t need to pretend to be someone you’re not, authenticity will and can be your driving force to create momentum and a business that is authentically you. Brooke has began a movement of Authentic Influencers who believe that you can use your gifts, talents and strengths to build your business.

    TAKEAWAYS:

Brooke says that a morning routine changed her life. One of her most impactful activities in her morning routine is reading a list of accomplishments, mindset, and/or activities as if she’s already accomplished them. What that has done is helped her to step into that role easier, with more clarity, and stay in that role to become a better version of herself.

Brooke also uses visualizations to get clear on what she wants to welcome into her life. She finds the more specific she in what she wants, the more likely it is to happen.

It took some trial and error for Brooke to figure out a schedule for her family, their homeschool, and her business and team. But once she landed on a schedule that took into consideration everyone and their unique needs, she started to see some massive momentum.

The story your numbers are telling you with Danielle Hayden

The story your numbers are telling you with Danielle Hayden

Danielle Hayden is a reformed corporate CFO (chief financial officer) who is on a mission to help rule-breaking female entrepreneurs understand their numbers so they can gain the confidence needed to create sustainable profits.

After spending 10+ years in the boardroom as a corporate finance officer, Danielle is now in her sweet spot as the co-owner of Kickstart Accounting, Inc. where she helps business owners with bookkeeping, financial analysis, and education and as the author of the Profit Planner book series.

When Danielle isn’t crunching numbers on her clients’ behalf or crafting the next iteration of the Profit Planner, you can find her hanging with her two kids as she inspires them to lead their fullest lives or doing almost any fitness-related activity ranging from Spartan races to pilates.

    TAKEAWAYS:

Danielle’s super power is being able to meet people where they are at today, without judgement or preconceived notions.

When considering purchases, Danielle doesn’t just look at the price point of the purchase. She looks at the bigger picture and considers if the purchase will help to increase sales, if it will make an aspect of your business run more efficiently, and will this new purchase save you time in the long run. It’s not always about the money.

Danielle looks at profitability in terms of goals. Does your gross profit vs. your overall profit match your goals? If it doesn’t, it’s time to analyze your spending and why the goal is what it is.

Growing a thriving business in a very specific niche with Dr. Danielle Eaton

Growing a thriving business in a very specific niche with Dr. Danielle Eaton

Dr. Danielle Eaton is a chiropractor, online business owner, wife and homeschooling mom of 3 girls. She founded her online education company Aligned Women in 2015 because of her own struggles with balancing life and practice as a working mom. Since then, the Aligned Women group coaching membership has grown to be the premiere life and business support option for women in chiropractic. In 2019, Danielle created Aligned Marketing—an online course for hands-on practitioners who are ready to conquer the fear of putting themselves out there.

    TAKEAWAYS:

One of the things Danielle teachers her students is counter-intuitive to how they’ve been taught to market their business. And that is the power of niching down. When you speak to everyone, you speak to no one.

A big turning point for Danielle was she was newly pregnant with her third child, after miscarrying her second. She knew that she wanted to truly take care of herself and her little one who was growing inside of her. She sold her practice in 6 weeks and finally granted herself permission to slow down.

Danielle’s business started with her podcast. And while she felt at the time that it didn’t start through expertise, it was through the podcast that she gained her expertise.

The ins and outs of a launch-debrief

The ins and outs of a launch-debrief

In today’s 6-Figure Mompreneur Podcast with Allison Hardy episode we’re diving deep into launch de-briefs.

This wasn’t something I’ve always done, but it’s something I committed to doing this year and it’s been extremely beneficial seeing the stats, numbers, collateral, data, and day-to-day activities that went into a launch.

In today’s episode I talk about why launch de-briefs are so important and tell you exactly what you need to be paying attention to and recording. Get out your notebook and get ready to take notes!

While this isn’t the sexiest topic, it’s making things like launch de-brief a part of your normal launch activities that will help you to create more momentum and help you to create your own signature process for launching.

If you have a plan to launch a program, course, or service at any more in 2020, this podcast episode is for you!
