As I have gotten older, became a business owner, and had kids, I have come to the realization that outsourcing is actually something that is super smart and strategic. Outsourcing not only gives you more time freedom but can oftentimes give you more financial freedom as well.
 
Ever since I have changed my mindset around investing and started to outsource in both my life and my business, I have been able to spend much more time with my family AND I have made all of my money back so many times over! If you have a coaching program already, you’ve probably been doing live launching where you have open registration for a short amount of time, enroll a certain number of students for each launch, and everyone starts and ends at the same time. The caveat for live launching is that you can only host your program a small handful of times a year, meaning you are limited to the number of students you can take on.
