    Super Bowls of the Seventies!

Memories of the battles between the Dallas Cowboys and the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 70's. We grew up in Cowboy Country. Super Bowls were a lot different in the seventies, but then again so were a lot of things. The NFL and The Super Bowls were more about "teams" and not so much the "franchises" of today. Players would spend their whole careers with one team. The super bowls themselves were all about the game not the halftime shows like today!

Christopher Todd Davis ,

I’m kind of addicted...

I found this podcast only a week or two ago. I listened to one episode and, I have to admit, at first I was appalled at how many facts about the 70’s these two guys got wrong. However, I just kept listening to episode after episode, and I’m still listening. I now find their incorrect 70’s facts quite endearing. For one, because they are quick to let everyone know that they are probably wrong about a lot of things...

I kinda wish I lived in Enid, Oklahoma, so I could maybe be on the show and be that guy that sits in the corner and blurts out “Nope, that’s wrong! It was actually...” lol

Ok, so yeah, they get some historical facts wrong, but don’t let that sway you (I sure haven’t). These episodes are a great trip down memory lane. I can’t stop listening. I’m a 70’s fanatic. I’d go back in a heartbeat, if I could. Todd and Curtis help take you back to a cooler time in life, the 1970’s, the way they remember “The Greatest Decade Known To Man.”

Live albums....

You almost lost me on this episode. You guys need some support on getting the music to play through the mic. I barely heard any of the cuts you had played. Todd, please limit your laughing at your own jokes to 500 per podcast. And sing less, please! You guys are slipping down a slippery slope. I’m still a fan.
