The ABC Killings, Part 2 True Crime Naija

    • True Crime

Welcome to the 13th and last episode of True Crime Naija, Season 2. This season, we brought you stories not just from Nigeria but across Africa.

We have started working on Season 3 so we’ll be back in January with more True Crime Naija. In Season 3, we will bring you stories of men who were murdered by the women they love.

Today, we are in South Africa for part 2 of the ABC Killings. If you have not listened to part 1, we suggest you do that now before continuing with part 2.

It's October  1995 and a landline phone is ringing loudly in the newsroom of The Star news office building in Johannesburg. Lucy Mathews, a Star reporter hears the ringing and enters the room. Her Editor follows behind her. On the other end is a man who claims to be responsible for the ABC killings. Lucy needs to keep him talking long enough for the police to find him.
