Welcome to the very 1st episode of The Acquisition Podcast. We are your host Anthony Jones and Jeremy Mateo. In this episode we dive into the topic of career paths, grit, and real estate. Anthony speaks about his time in the Marine Corps and how it has provided him several valuable skills like obedience and discipline. We talk about grit and how it is crucial for success and they share personal experiences of overcoming challenges and emphasize the importance of going through something traumatic to develop it.

We touch up on everyone's favorite topic, real estate. Jeremy highlights the importance of knowledge, trust, and education in gaining clients as a Realtor and acknowledge the complexities and overhead costs involved.
