Adult ADHDers of the world unite around this awesome content!

Thank you, Sarah Snyder for creating such an informative podcast and also one that is so well organized into topics/seasons! I was grateful to be interviewed during the ADHD

Thank you so much for talking about hormones and ADHD.

I live in a mental health desert. What few psychiatrists there are have no openings, have no experience with ADHD, don’t believe adults have ADHD, or what they do know they read in the 80’s. ADHD, menopause and hormones are far above their heads.
Thank you for talking about this. Even a lot of ADHD experts I read or listen to webinars are having a hard time with this. Seems like all the male experts say there is no link with hormones. I’ve heard several women experts acknowledge the link, medication affects, and increased ADHD symptoms.
Oh how I wished I lived near knowledgeable mental health providers and a friends support group with other Adhd’ers so I can relax and talk to others who understand. I am so isolated.
Thank you
