Customer Reviews
A really fun and clever story
This is a fun story from the future of our past’s imagination. The story and narrative setting are both compelling and make for a lighthearted and enjoyable adventure. You quickly feel a familiarity with the characters. The writing is clever without ever overreaching. The voice acting is really good as well. I have been smiling during my entire listen so far.
Lighthearted Retrofuturistic Fun
Captain Radio is a blast! This full-cast audio drama combines elements of classic science fiction, retrofuturism, and alt history to present a future that never was, complete with rocket ships, ray guns, mad scientists, robots, space ghosts, and brave heroes risking everything to save the universe from destruction. It’s lighthearted, campy fun with great voice acting and immersive sci-fi worldbuilding. If you like old time radio serials, you’ll love Captain Radio.
