Welcome to April, what will you do differently?

Welcome to April, what will you do differently?

It's great to be back after a short break. Life is better with margins in it. I am grateful for the willingness to find that margin and take the break I need at intervals to function much better.

Now that we are back, I am here to ask you - 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙌2? What needs to shift in your life and in the way you show up? What practices should you take to move the needle in the direction fo achieving your goals?

My recommendation in today's episode is to take time to mindfully reflect and journal. Nothing beats a deeper connection to your authentic self in helping you maximize your time here on earth and lead a fulfilling life.

If you have never practised mindful reflection and journalling before, I invite you to join the waitlist for my next Mindful Reflection Journal Challenge in May. Use this link to do that - http://subscribepage.io/mrjc2.

    It promises to be life-transforming.

Are you a woman aged 40 and above, do you seek to be in a forward-thinking community that will help you turn your abandoned dreams into achievable goals? Then, I invite you to join my Road to 40 Empowerment Workshops as I countdown to my birthday. https://bit.ly/roadto40

Type in the comment one thing you will do differently in April and Q2.

    What matters most in life?

    What matters most in life?

    𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲?

If you were asked that question what would your answer be? On this segment of Monthly Chill with Energetic EJ on the Stretch Street Podcast, I answered the question based on my learnings from the book titled The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren.

This book is reshaping me in ways I never realized needed reshaping and I am so thankful and feel blessed that I am reading it, digesting it and applying it.

I also shared an update with you, one of which is the launch of my new website 🥳🥳. Please check it out on www.theenergeticej.com. Send your feedback to hello@theenergeticej.com or strethstreetpod@gmail.com. I'd love to hear from you.
