We live in a world where "aggressive" is one of the few dirty words left. Our culture celebrates the crass and profane, while risk and difficulty are a sign that something is wrong. Put simply, this passivity is killing us. Our relationships are weaker, our work is unfulfilling, our finances are a disaster, and our faith is nonexistent. Host Brian Tome believes there is a better way, and it's by embracing the power of healthy aggression. Listen in as he talks with people who are living lives that punch passivity in the mouth.

Love what this stands for!

Great idea for a Podcast from such an inspirational leader in the Cincinnati area! I love the approach in seeking out “aggressive” and successful people. Well done with making these guys vulnerable while telling their inspiring stories! My only critique is to make these at least 30 minutes longer, as they seem cut short. Keep it up, I’ll be listening on my commute often!

In your face truth

Been such a honor learning from and reading this mans books as well as being part of crossroads over the last ten years. From being heavily addicted to drugs to celebrating five years sober now. This man has been a mentor a friend and a blessing. I love the way he speaks truth in love and does so in such a way that is easy to hear and receive. I love this!
