A five-time Emmy winning SNL comedy writer/producer, joins a four-time #1 NYT bestselling author, a three-time highest-rated national progressive radio host, a two-time Grammy winning artist, and a former US Senator. So, it gets a little crowded in the booth when Al talks public policy and sometimes political comedy with notable guests. Think “The Daily” without the resources of the NYTimes.

Great discussions

If only Al was still in the Senate. Al for President!

He's an excellent interviewer and has interesting, significanct, and relevant people on the show. I love it.

Pretty Good Podcast - Let Your Guests Talk

I look forward to listening to this podcast every Sunday. Normally I think he does a pretty good job interviewing guests, however the interview he did with Susan Rice was disappointing. Susan is such an interesting person, but Al barely let her get a word in. He spent way too much time telling jokes that we’ve all heard on the podcast more than once.

I’d give the podcast 4 stars overall. His interview with Susan Rice was terrible and 1 star. I think she deserves better.

Great podcasts—intelligent, funny, great mix of guests. Mourn your loss in the senate. Keep the podcasts coming, and consider another run
