On today’s show, we open as we usually do, with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Stories the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you this week. It’s a great way to pickup on several news items all at once before diving into the rest of the content.
The breaking story today, continuing to affirm my belief that our government is wholly operating as a Marxist Authoritarian regime, is the release of the changes Biden wants to make to Title IX. For those those may not know, Title IX was enacted to make sure women had equal access to sports and sporting activities on college campuses. Today, in an effort to force Transgenerism and Wokism down our throats, they have changed the language to erase women and favor those with significant mental health issues.
Yesterday, Israel decided it was time return the favor and dropped several ordinance packages on Iran. What’s sad is how the timeline played out in the hours beforehand. Did you know that our government, the pro-Hamas/ceasefire now folks, begged Israel not to do it. In fact, they said if Israel didn’t attack Iran, they would look the other way and let them take care of Hamas in Rafah. In other words, this Administration was more worried about protecting Iran over Palestinians. What does that tell you about the non-elected people behind the scene and their motivations?
Next we look at some of the jurors and the juror selection for the Donald Trump case in NYC. After listening, do you really see any jurors open to fairness? Even one, who was initially added to the panel, decided, after sleeping on it, that she really couldn’t be unbiased.
On top of that, I remind you of all the facts that led up to this case and how bad it really is. The fact that it’s even happening feels like we are already in some dystopian world where the rule of law has long since been forgotten.
Finally, and perhaps a bit of light-blue levity, we get another segment of Tossin’ with Toobin. Disgraced former CNN voice dared to say it was a disgrace for Justice Clarence Thomas to be listening to the case about the one charge DOJ is putting on J6 defendants to intentionally increase their jail time. Leave it to Megyn Kelly to remind Toobin who waived his right to weigh-in on acts of disgrace after his Zoom call incident with other female reporters watching.
As we end, I wanted to play a quick scene from the second Lord of the Rings film, The Two Towers. It is a reminder to both me and to the audience, that there is still some good in this world and it is worth fighting for.

On today’s show, I have come to the painful conclusion that we are no longer a Constitutional Republic. This is not hyperbole. And this is not to say we cannot get back. But, the reality is, as of now, we are no longer have a government of, by and for the people. They believe they are in the ruling class and therefore they have dominion over the people.
I come to this after the Senate decided to flagrantly ignore the Constitution and dismiss the article of impeachment that the House of Representatives brought on DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) spent time questioning Mayorkas on one specific case and made the walking male member with eyebrows squirm. Not that it matters. He already had his get out of jail car from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY). The point behind playing this interchange is to show you what the House wanted the American public to know, but because the impeachment was summarily canceled, we aren’t going to. At least, that’s why the Democrats chose to put a nail into the US Constitution.
Even Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), who just a few days earlier, lost a senior advisor at the hands of an illegal alien, stuck with her party and chose to not hear the impeachment. She voted to keep the American people in the dark.
Turning to Katherine Mayer, the new CEO of NPR, I think there is more to understand here. She is not an aberration. She is not the exception. She is emblematic of where most of the leadership is taking the country. They are not interested in truth, as she said, but in their version of the truth.
On a more positive note, four whistleblowers were testifying yesterday. They were from the National Guard and they are all coming forward to correct the lies of the J6 Committee and the narratives spun by the Left and Legacy/mainstream media. I play one sample of that from Captain Timothy Nick. I doubt you will about any from the propaganda wing of the Democrat Party.
Finally, Joe Biden wants us to know that he made clear to the Israelis that they should not move on Haifa. I’d like to think they already knew not to march on one of their own cities. Presumably, he meant Rafah, but what can we expect from an elderly man with a poor memory?

On today’s show, we approach the news of the day through the prism of today’s post modernism. I chose to go this route because of the first story today and that is the resignation of Uri Berliner from NPR in the face of the attacks her received from NPR’s new CEO Katherine Maher. To show Berliner’s comments were right on the nose about NPR and the vast majority of the Legacy/mainstream media, we only have to look a handful of comments Maher made over the last year or so.
In an interview with the Atlantic Council, Maher says, as the CEO of Wikipedia, she “took a very active approach to disinformation” and coordinated her censorship efforts “through conversations with the government.” She literally says they had no idea about COVID19, yet somehow knew the only answers worth relaying had to come from Big Government.
In that same interview, she said her “number one challenge” in her fight against ‘disinformation’ is “the First Amendment in the United States.” She literally stated the Bill of Rights and freedom of speech were “a little bit tricky” when trying to censor information she believed to be incorrect or bad.
During a separate TED talk, Maher revels her post modernism philosophy – truth is subjective and the pursuit of truth can get in the way of getting things done. This is astonishing, but explains why the Legacy/mainstream media has long since abandoned journalistic integrity in favor of looking for a narrative that provides the actions they want people to take. They want to shape narratives in an effort to shape behavior. 
Next we move to a break news story from Real Clear Investigation’s Paul Sperry. In short, “the whistleblower who sparked Trump’s first impeachment was deeply involved in the political maneuverings behind Biden-family business schemes in Ukraine that Trump wanted probed, newly obtained emails from former Vice President Biden’s office reveal."
I meant to comment on something yesterday, but delayed until today’s show. Yes, the FBI has formally announced they are opening an investigation into the ship that hit the Francis Scott Key bridge. This does not mean it was a terrorist attack. This issue involves interstate commerce and would naturally fall to the FBI to investigate the determine what happened. Could it be a deliberate act? I already said on the day it happened, that I’m not ruling it out completely. I just don’t see any facts that align with such a conclusion.
As to other inconvenient facts, Leftists, since tax day, have been regurgitating the debunked lie that the Trump tax cuts only helped the top 1% of wage earners. It is a blatant lie and they know it is, but they present their argument in a way to fool most people. I remind everyone that even the New York Times in 2019 had to admit nearly everyone who paid income taxes benefited from the Trump Tax Cuts.

Today’s show opens with House Leadership motioning to table Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s (R-FL) motion for a re-vote. In essence, this killed the attempt to ask for a vote to add the 4th Amendment reminder to the FISA re-authorization bill. So much for the Bill of Rights. Of course, Congress carved out their exception for themselves.
This leads to AG Alvin Bragg who has invented a new law and found a judge who is okay using that make-believe law in an effort to go after Donald Trump. It’s great to have laws, but when those in power refuse to enforce the laws, what is our recourse? And worse, what is the recourse for those who invent law and find judges okay using those pretend laws to go after people they don’t like?
For fun, we go through the elements of the “hush money” timeline and play along with Bragg’s invented lawfare. Even if the alleged affair and alleged payoff is true, the time of the payoff could not have had any impact on the election. That’s why the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the DOJ both agreed there was no crime here. To lighten the mood a bit, we play a little ditty by Jim Gossett who recognizes this whole thing is a “Show Trial.”
An NGO in Mexico is putting up fliers encouraging illegals to vote for Biden. The group has ties to organizations like Soros’s Open Borders Foundation and the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), where it just so happens DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was a former board member.
Will Biden really still be the nominee by the time of the DNC convention in Chicago? Let’s remind you how key Democrat strategists have been ramping up the pressure and suggesting Biden should step down. While the Legacy/mainstream media isn’t talking about it, the primaries are still taking place. Would it surprise you to know that around 10% of Democrats are voting “undecided” or are picking someone other than Biden. DNC representatives may be okay lying on network television, but behind closed doors they are panicking.
Looks like NPR has decided to punish Uri Berliner for speaking the truth. After his op-ed exposed the liberal groupthink that has taken over NPR, the CEO, Katherine Maher, has decided to suspend him. This is remarkably similar to the way CISA advised Twitter on how to judge if a post is spreading misinformation. If the comment, even if truthful, runs afoul of the approved government narrative, it can be considered misinformation nonetheless.
Joe Scarborough had an adult-sized temper tantrum on MSNBC’s, “The Morning Joe.” The derangement and lunacy was on full display with a rant by an empty head who doesn't get a single fact correct in his opening and by the end, is openly mocking and deriding the vast majority of Americans. When elites can't get their way, they show us the toddlers they really are.
In closing, we illustrate the same issue we saw with Joe Scarborough, only this time, with singer John Mellencamp. After pausing his show for minutes to lecture the crowd about voting for Biden, someone suggested he play some music. The crowd didn’t want to attend a lecture. So, in typical elitist fashion, Mellencamp took his ball and went home.

It’s tax day here in the United States. So, I take a moment to rant about our current income tax structure, the IRS and how lawmakers use the tax code to control people. On that note, Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) reveals the IRS is already using AI to scan bank accounts of US citizens. They are already ignoring the 4th Amendment.
Speaking of the right we are supposed to have against illegal searches and seizures and that any legal search must require a specific warrant, FISA reauthorization was being voted on this past Friday. Apparently, half of the House of Representatives didn’t want to include an amendment reminding users of FISA of the rights Americans are supposed to have per our Constitution. Isn’t it mind-boggling that half the House is opposed to making sure the provisions of the 4th Amendment are followed as it relates to US citizens?
Iran attacked Israel over the weekend with over 300 elements including drones, ballistic missiles and cruise missile. According to a story from the Jerusalem Post, according to Reuters, it looks like Turkish diplomats were told by Iranian officials of the attack. The anonymous source said that Turkish diplomats told the White House about the attack and they said the policy of the US was to keep the attack “within certain limits.” If true, is there anything else you would need to hear to know Joe Biden has no business being our Commander-in-Chief? They were okay with an enemy attacking an ally!
Now the talking points from our country and the West is for Israel to “take the win”, “take a breath” and to think of it as Iran already being dealt a “double defeat.” They literally want Israel to sit back and just take it.
If they really wanted to do something, they would be putting a bigger spotlight on Jordan and Saudi Arabia for their help in shooting down missiles and drones. It seems there are some Arab nations who don’t think the Middle East is best served by letting the theocracy of Iran having any power there.
By the way, the son of a former Hamas Leader is once again trying to educate the West that all the money we send to them is not going to the people. For every child killed in Gaza is more money in their pockets. In short, the leaders do not care about their own people. It’s how they have become billionaires themselves.
As time winds down I am aware of Donald Trump being in yet another New York City courtroom at the hands DA Alvin Bragg. The whole notion Bragg has discovered some area of law to go after Trump is preposterous.
In closing, I bring you a headline from over the weekend in the New York Times. According to the Old Gray Mare, they admit that voters are looking back more positively on Trump’s presidency as Biden fails at everything.

After my Friday thank-you’s and shout-outs, we dive into the first topic of the day. We love turning our attention to Tara Bull and her Top 10 list of subjects the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you about in the past week. So many of you have reached out to tell me how much you enjoy that, so make sure you follow her today.
Victor Davis Hanson recently penned a piece called, “Is the Great Illusion in Ruins?” It goes along with what we’ve been documenting through the Biden regime. All of the levers of our current society and our country have been overwhelmed to the point of both collapse and total failure. Shouldn’t that be the indication the elite have no real idea how the country works or how freedom and liberty are best fostered?
All the endeavors the radical progressive Left have been wanting to push have been implemented. I would argue this is as close as they have come to installing their fundamentally transformed government. Yet, look how ruinous it has been over the last three and a half years. Any objective observer can see the policies that seemed so perfect in their world of make-believe, crumble when tried in the real world.
We then move to the troubles that continue to mount for the Big Fani Willis RICO case in Georgia. Harrison Floyd is only one thorn in her side, given he says she illegally recorded a phone call with his attorney. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is pushing hard for responses to his oversight committee. Plus, the DOJ is now having to look into how federal grant money was spent by her office versus what was on the application. This goes back to the whistleblower who brought those issues up to Willis. Rather than address the problems, Willis fired the employee.
The Legacy/mainstream media, in desperation to help Biden and take the attention off of every failure is doing all they can to revamp the 2020 summer of love. A headline from Chicago reads, “Police fire 96 shots in 41 seconds, killing Black man during traffic stop.” They want BLM/Antifa riots to break out all over again. The problem with that story is the one fact they intentionally leave out. The black man who has been in and out of jail for years, was the one who opened fire first. He unloaded his entire magazine, 11 shots, before the police had no choice but to return fire and eliminate the threat to themselves and innocent civilians.
We have a little more from the woman who hugged Donald Trump on his campaign stop at a Chick-fil-A in Atlanta, GA. Michaelah Montgomery was asked to expand on why she told Trump to not listen to the media and to know that they all supported him? She explained how she sees how the media tries to distort and manipulate their audience. She wanted her students to observer first-hand. So they same propagandist media tried to create a divide, saying she and the students were simply paid to say nice things because Trump bought everyone chicken sandwiches and milk shakes. The soft bigotry of low expectation is the most sinister bigotry of all. 
Another example of a classic liberal coming to her senses comes from the opinion editor for Newsweek, Batya Ungar-Sargon. She literally said, “If you told me 10 years ago that it would be the Right protecting women's sports and the Left selling women out, I would not have believed you! Just 17% of Americans believe trans athletes should be allowed to compete against women and girls -- why are the Democrats defending this?”
BBC host of Talk TV, Julia Hartley-Brewer, illustrated how to deal with those suffering from pronoun issues and other mental health problems. You simply don’t allow yourself to be controlled by the person who is not mentally well.
Finally, I close with my thoughts on internet trolls. To me, trolls are the lowest form of internet life. They have no real meaning or purpose in the real world. Thus, they fashion an existence online where they convince themselves they are powerful, speaking glorious wisdom, when, in fact, they
