We often allow the external world to define who we are as people based on who we're with and our external environment. We also avoid the knowing thyself through distraction. There is an authentic you - a unique expression of consciousness - in each of us. This podcast joins Trey Jackson and his guests on the journey of self-discovery exploring ideas and topics about the true self - mind, body, and soul. In the end we find and live from our intuitive heart compass.

Trey’s personal journey of self discovery is truly an inspiration, but his innate drive to help others is really the heart of who he is. I continue to be drawn to his light and search for truth. I can’t wait to see where this podcast goes and how it affects those passionate about their own journey to connect with their inner self.
This podcast seems really helpful to waking up our hearts and letting that force drive us in life. Not the false egoic construct, but the real true self in tune with our intuition. All working together, with the ego, in unison. I’m on board!
Highly recommend a listen!
Great rapport between the hosts makes it feel like you’re part of their conversation. Very uplifting and deep conversation that helps put things in perspective, specifically young professionals who’re weaving their way through the corporate world wondering how they even got where they are in the first place. Levels are a little off in the early episodes, but it’s worth getting through them.
