If you don’t question what you believe in, then what is the point of believing in it?

The biggest challenge in the world today is that we surround ourselves with people who think just like us and it’s dangerous because we then think we are more right than we actually are and dismiss other people and their points of view. We have forgotten how to have conversations with people who disagree with us. This has to stop.

This show is designed to get you thinking about a different perspective. Be it prison reform, gender identification, time management, BDSM, parenting… the idea is to have you suspend your belief and perhaps consider the opposite.

Asks the questions we want to ask

I love when host addresses alternate points of view with their guests and Alison does this expertly. And she’s not afraid to have them explain/defend their positions. A great example of this is in the racial divide episode. I’m thinking... “ask her this” and she does!

Stop Playing it Safe with Peter Shinen

Being a lover of travel and cultures outside of the USA, I found this fun topic ad interview. I enjoyed the insights and conversation around what you think you know and how that changes as you get older and actually know more as well as the cnocept of freedom from having routines. Great challenge at the end Alison. Thanks for your easy, fun loving style!

OMG YES!!!!

Ok so much I love about this show but when I got to the episode where your speaker said that a woman can't excel in her life if she isn't connected to her sexual energy. SO TRUE! I thought it was just me but hearing this on your show was like "BOOM!" I'm sharing this with every woman I know! But the same tissue that's in the cervix is in our throats?! WHAT?! Mind blown!
