Wonderful podcast and it’s absolutely in line with the professional counseling treatment I’ve gotten about anxiety. Though a podcast should NEVER replace professional help, this podcast is most definitely a great tool!!!

Hello Gina! I’ve been listening to you guys since 2016. I remember the transition from different hosts and then it was narrowed down to you. I am so grateful that you e been able to come up with with soooo many different topics throughout all these years.
