Mind blowing!

I came across “The Anxiety Guy” meditations and podcast last week by fate. Ever since 2020 my anxiety levels have been through the roof. I’ve been seeking help and trying so many different things to heal. Nothing seems to change that much. However, this podcast is speaking directly to my soul. I feel a difference in my mental and spiritual health. Dennis can pinpoint EXACTLY what anxious people feel and think. It’s been blowing my mind and I’ve had so many lightbulb moments. Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom with the world. I feel dancing a happy jig in my “afterlife!”
