Watch the “like”

I am very much enjoying the podcast, but both hosts need to watch their language, and eliminate the filler “like.“ It very much muddles their message and takes away from their professionalism. Otherwise, very good information.

Informative & enjoyable

Thank you for creating this!! This is my new podcast for walking the dog and I look forward to walks because of it.

I have struggled with social anxiety and depression for much of my life, and Dr. Stout and Dr. Smithyman’s podcast hits the nail on its head with regard to explaining anxiety’s purpose, relevant anxiety research, and how one can best live with it. Compassionate and down-to-earth hosts. Recommend to anyone struggling and wanting to learn more about why anxiety drives us to behave the way we do.
