Amazing
I love the energy, passion, enthusiasm, and the content this podcast offers. Never have been a vegan or vegetarian but definitely have more of an open view on the subject matter. The mini music discussions are also a great touch and really resonates with me personally. On top of all of that, Matt’s ability to be true to himself while at the same time bring positive vibes, value, and some spirituality into the mix is a testament to his character and drive. Much love Matt, happy to have crossed paths with you at the gym - D
Keep it up!
I want you to know you're not alone in your struggles with everything surrounding eating greener and healthier. I also loved your interview with Kelly!
