Like it but ...

... release dates are too sporadic. Not dependable otherwise would be 5 stars instead of 4.

No consistency in new episode releases

I like the narrator and the content is good. But I also prefer podcasts that work from a reliable schedule. There are often 4-10 week gaps between new episodes. Some podcasts release weekly, some monthly, that’s fine...but Apex & Abyss seems to work from its own random schedule with zero explanation. On top of this unreliable episode schedule, the episodes are very short. So it’s not like those weeks-long hiatuses are being used to do research. Canadian True Crime is a podcast with a lone female narrator who is a mom, wife and works a day job. She manages two episodes a month and each episode is an hour or longer. I appreciate having a life outside your podcast but anything worth doing is worth doing well, and this could be so much better.

I like it!

I love horror movies and true crime. A lot of these are crimes I never knew happened. Others, I knew about and it was interesting to hear others take.
