    What is our role in sharing the gospel? This week at The Ark Church, we welcomed special speaker Pastor Gabe George as he shared a powerful message about the responsibility every believer has in evangelism. While pastors are called to preach, every follower of Jesus is called to be a witness. Looking at Luke 15 and the heart of God for the lost, this message reminds us that the salvation of people is the most important mission on earth. Just as Jesus came to seek and save the lost, we are called to live with our eyes up, ready to reflect His love to the world around us. Pastor Gabe challenges us to live out this calling in three practical ways: through our actions, our compassion, and our proclamation. Our lives should point people to Jesus, our hearts should reflect His compassion for others, and we should be ready to speak about the hope we have in Him.     Winning the Spiritual Battle

    How do you win the spiritual battle? The Bible tells us to “fight the good fight of faith” (1 Timothy 6:12). But this fight isn’t against people. It’s not against your boss, your family, or the culture around you. Scripture makes it clear that the real battle is spiritual (Ephesians 6:12) and it takes place in the mind. In this message, we unpack how the enemy works through lies and how God equips us with truth. Jesus said the devil is the father of lies (John 8:44), but God’s Word is truth (John 17:17). And when you know the truth, the truth sets you free (John 8:32). We walk through: •Where the spiritual battle actually happens •How thoughts shape feelings, actions, and habits •How to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) •Why God’s purpose is to save, restore, and give you life to the full (John 10:10) •Practical ways to replace lies with Scripture and stand firm in faith You are not fighting alone. God has given you weapons. His Word is living, active, and powerful. His mercies are new every morning. And no lie of the enemy is stronger than the truth of God. If you’ve ever struggled with thoughts like: “I’m not good enough.” “God doesn’t care about me.” “I’ve messed up too much.” This message is for you. Freedom begins when you recognize the lie, reject it, and replace it with truth. If you made a decision to follow Jesus today, we’re celebrating with you. Let someone know and keep coming back.     God's Heart Towards People

    This week, we stepped back and looked at Scripture to see what God truly thinks about us. Pastor John teaches us that it’s the kindness of God that leads people to repentance.  Over and over again, we see a Savior who doesn’t condemn, but invites. A Father who doesn’t push away, but welcomes home. From the woman caught in adultery to Zacchaeus in the tree, Jesus shows us that God’s heart is for people. He wants all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of truth.     Marriage Essentials

    Opportunity Knocks

    What opportunity is God putting in front of you right now?     Why am I Worrying So Much?

    Why am I worrying so much? In this message, Pastor John Huseman walks through the words of Jesus and asks an honest question many of us are carrying. “Can any one of you, by worrying, add a single hour to your life?” Worry promises control, but it only steals peace.
