The Art of Becoming Jessica Pizzo Brix and Selena Strader

Friends, these are some unprecedented times we're in. And it just didn't feel right to talk about something else when a global pandemic (#coronavirus) is underway. On the eve of lock-downs, school closings and the socially distant times, we decided to get back to basics and check in with each other.

We talk about how we're taking care of ourselves this week by limiting excessive news intake and trying to maintain some semblance of routine. We share gratitude for the ability to work from home and for the magic of technology in helping us stay connected from near and far. We discuss letting go of expectations, which we know will be an ongoing adventure (particularly as we get ready to work and educate our children at the same time).

And finally, we share the mini challenge we're doing over on our instagram this week (instagram.com/artofbecoming) where we'll be sharing a quick exercise daily to drop back into our bodies, take a moment for ourselves and find a tiny bit of inner peace in these crazy times.
