One of the most influential and integral positions in the game is catcher. They are the ones considered the backstop, the guys who run and control the flow of the game all the way until the dirt hits that outfield grass. In this episode, we have on Tuffy Gosewisch, a MLB catcher, and journeyman that didn't have the paved road all the way to the show. Tuffy's road is what you would expect out of any player going into pro ball; the grind of multiple farm-systems, cities, bus rides, experiences, teammates, and coaches. Through all his years of experiences, Tuffy eventually reached his dream through perseverance, grit, and good ole' fashioned hard work and belief. His love for the game has never wavered one bit, and that is why he not only is such a great catcher, but amazing teammate, and person as well.
