Who is John Laine?

John Laine started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 11 when he and his twin brother created a "chain" of three Kool-Aid stands on the Army base where they grew up. Their little venture brought in $200 a month, which was a significant amount for their family at the time. 

Despite facing a serious health challenge in 2001 when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, John persevered and found a new path in real estate investing. He attended a 5-day "Boot Camp" and learned the basics of "no money down" real estate investing, and eventually became successful in flipping houses. 

By the time the real estate market crashed in 2008-2009, John and his partners amassed $77M in assets and controlled 429 properties. 

Despite his long-term symptoms, John now lives a comfortable, happy, and fulfilled life.

Who is Kenny Johnson?

Kenny Johnson is a dedicated real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Greenville, South Carolina. He is the co-founder of East West Property Solutions, a real estate investment company that he established with his wife in 2019 to help buyers and sellers in the Greenville and surrounding upstate area.

As a local real estate investor, Kenny buys, holds, and sells properties in any condition and offers fair price offers through traditional or non-traditional financing terms. He understands that the term "real estate investor" can often carry a negative connotation, so he and his wife strive to be friendly and honest with everyone they work with. They treat their clients exactly how they would want to be treated themselves.
