    Super Bowl Champ, Dwight Freeney stops by the Art of Fatherhood podcast to talk about his fatherhood journey. Dwight shares with me how he is becoming a diaper changing champion.     About Dwight Freeney 







    Dwight Freeney played college football at Syracuse, where he earned unanimous All-American honors. He was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the first round of the 2002 NFL Draft. With the Colts, Freeney won Super Bowl XLI over the Chicago Bears. He also played for the San Diego Chargers, Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons.







    Freeney was born in Hartford, Connecticut. He was a four-sport letterman. Freeney holds the record for sacks at his high school and used to hold the record for most sacks in a high school career in the Connecticut record book. Bloomfield High retired his No. 44 football jersey. During his youth, Freeney idolized New York Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor.

    About Jimmy Stafford 







    Jimmy Stafford is an American musician-songwriter who was an original member of the Grammy Award winning band Train from its inception in 1994 until he parted ways with the band in 2016. His unique style of guitar playing helped give Train its distinctive sound. Jimmy recorded eight albums with Train, selling more than 10 million copies and 30 million tracks. With Train, he was nominated for eight Grammy Awards. They won three Grammys. 







    After his final tour with Train in the fall of 2016, Jimmy returned home to Nashville and discovered a batch of unfinished songs he had written during his tenure with Train and became inspired to finish some of them.  He continued to write and by April 2017 had accumulated dozens of songs, the best of which he decided to record and release independently.  His debut solo album titled No Man's Land was released in November 2017. Jimmy wrote and produced the album as well as performing much of the music.  Inspired by the process, Jimmy continued to write and record, and in April 2018 he released his second album Shine Like The Sun. Jimmy wrote, produced, and performed everything on the album. Since then, Jimmy has continued to write, record, and release new music.

    Many people Jaleel White from his iconic role in 1989 as Steve Urkel on the sitcom Family Matters. The series aired for a total of nine seasons, from 1989 to 1997 on ABC and from 1997 to 1998 on CBS. White reprised his role as Urkel for the first time since 1998 in the 2019 series Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?.







    White is the first actor to voice the character Sonic the Hedgehog, doing so in the animated shows: Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, SonicSatAM and Sonic Underground. Jaleel has done many TV shows for live action as well as roles as a voice actor. In 2020, White joined the cast of the Netflix series The Big Show Show in the recurring role of Terry. Jaleel has a podcast called EverAfter.

A great take on Fatherhood

It’s always great to hear about parenting from the Father’s perspective. This show sound more like conversations with friends than interviews.

It’s also good to hear celebrities talk about their children and the importance of parenting than plugging a movie or television show.
