Create the life you were meant to live by mastering the Art of Fulfillment. Tips, techniques, and ideas to create a life on your terms and one that is incredibly fulfilling.

Life isn't all about external success; it's about internal success, or how we feel about ourselves when we are by ourselves. In one word, this can be described as fulfillment. How is it that some people who are financially poor, have very little family/friends, and deal with the greatest of challenges end up being so happy, joyful, loving, and excited? And how is it that some people who have all the money in the world, have a loving family, have accomplished amazing feats end up being so angry, depressed, or unhappy? The key is fulfillment.

This podcast will contain interviews with people who are FULFILLED in their lives so that we can share some tips, strategies, and ideas that can help you master your own art of fulfillment. Additionally, I will also be recording solo-cast episodes sharing techniques that have worked for me and ones that I learned from some of the world's most fulfilled people.

I'm so grateful that you have taken the time to explore this podcast and I promise that I will do whatever it takes to provide the most compelling and valuable content for you. I want you to reach that place of fulfillment and create the life that you truly were meant to live. I'm so excited to start this journey with you.

Yoda Was Wrong: Why The Dark Side Leads to Fulfillment

Yoda Was Wrong: Why The Dark Side Leads to Fulfillment

As much as we all love Star Wars, there's one part of it that Zac and Joe think is total B.S.

And that B.S. idea is that the Dark Side is something that should be avoided at all costs.
In fact, the Dark Side should be embraced.
Because when you do, you'll find that you'll be able to reach a level of fulfillment that you didn't think was possible.
But, there's a catch: you can't let the Dark Side consume you. In fact, you have to learn how to control it.
And that is exactly what Joe and Zac cover in this episode. They break down how you can control the Dark Side, use it to your advantage, and not let it consume you in a way that totally destroys your life (because it totally can).
All in all, they prove that Yoda was in fact, wrong.

Justin True on How To Love Yourself and Love Your Life

Justin True on How To Love Yourself and Love Your Life

Justin True is an Ultra and Extreme event athlete, world traveler, and 3x world record holder. And through all of these titles and the activities that come with them, his mission is to motivate and inspire others to be the best that they can be. Some of his accomplishments include pulling a 3,000 pound car with his body for 26.2 miles and walking coast-to-cost on Madagascar; and he’s gearing up for one of his biggest challenges yet: a triathlon consisting of a 50 mile swim across the Bermuda Triangle, 3000 mile bike ride across the US, and a 600 mile run across the coast of California. Absolutely insane. But that isn’t the toughest thing he’s been through: he’s dealt with homelessness, physical and mental abuse growing up, and even getting kidnapped in Egypt. But he doesn’t victimize these things. Instead, he sees them as gifts and it inspires him to help others who are going through a dark time, as he’s become a huge advocate for mental health.

In this episode, Justin and I discuss how to turn your greatest struggles into your biggest strengths, how to take the steps to fully love yourself and your life, and why you should allow yourself to be vulnerable if you’re emotionally struggling.

Stef Pinsley on How to Reprogram Your Subconscious to Pursue Your Dreams

Today’s guest is a Marketing and Mindset coach who has gathered a massive following on TikTok, where she shares all things having to do with marketing, mindset, and running a successful business. She shares everything she’s learned over her vast experience in the Marketing space, including being the interim director of marketing at a food delivery startup, which she helped to massively grow, and then eventually becoming the Product Marketing Manager at Google. But then, she eventually wanted to pursue her own entrepreneurial endeavors and follow her own dreams of forging her own path. So she quit Google and is now on the path towards launching her own coaching business. And she’s the right person for it, as over 55K People follow her on TikTok. In this episode, Stef and I discuss how and why she quit her job at Google to pursue her own path, how to reprogram your subconscious for success, and what techniques you can do every day to get more aligned with a path that fulfills you.
