Love Arthur's passion + advice for connection

I've been following Arthur's work for years, he's an incredible resource for understanding loneliness and cultivating connection. He brings deeply insightful questions (and holds the space for great answers from his guests) in every episode. No matter which topic comes up, he has a unique perspective that always gets me thinking a little differently from the norm - which is very refreshing. Highly recommended!
