Increase the olive oil to 4 tablespoons. The salt seemed a little light--you may want add an additional 1/2 tsp (up to you).

NOTE: You can do a NO KNEAD version by simply mixing everything, letting stand on the counter for an hour, punch down and let it ferment overnight and then proceed as normal.

I love baking and I love food. food. food. I think your recipes are going to be delicious when I try them. However, trying to listen to you all talk with food in your mouths is not the most enjoyable thing to do. I don’t want to tell you how to run your business or podcast but it makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck
Looking for a baking show and this started as a train wreak! I’m waiting and waiting but finally gave up.
