North Kingstown High School student and political contributor Ryan Lukowicz recently spearheaded a senior project project that resulted in successful legislation that would, in essence, allow students to enroll in Adaptive Physical Education classes. Mr. Lukowicz is blind, and noted an opportunity to integrate more students into specialized physical education classes.
