Conquering my inner critic one idea-I-felt-was-too-dumb-to-say-out-loud at a time.
How to Have A Meltdown
So I had a little meltdown a few weeks ago, hey?
How Decluttering Can Help You Become the Person You Want To Be
The most important thing you can invest in is YOU.
And did you know that what's separating you from the top 15% of highly successful, happy, and healthy people is the normal looking-after-yourself kinda shit that always seems to be slipping through your fingers?
I'm talking drinking enough water, exercising, saying nice things to yourself, practicing gratitude, having great relationships and spending enough time outdoors. Oh, and can't forget EATING YOUR VEGGIES.
What if I told you that these things could be so much easier to get to if you decluttered your house first?
We've got so much shit in our way, distracting us, calling us names, and reminding us of things we don't even want to feel obligated to.
I can help you get rid of shit you don't want so that you can curate a space that helps you get so much closer to becoming the kind of person you want to be. The kind of person who actually does their yoga every day, and remembers to take their vitamins, and usually knows what's for dinner - even in the midst of all the regular life chaos like kids and jobs and home improvements.
You can have it all! But you gotta get rid of the shit you DON'T want first.
How to Start Becoming the Person You Want To Be
Vacation's over folks! Time to get on up and do whatever the f**k it is you've been telling yourself you'll do someday. Cuz someday is TODAY.
This week on the podcast I rambled my face off trying to tell you the ONE thing I'm working on that's helping me reboot and get back on the train. Not sure which train yet, but we're moving FORWARD and that's all that matters.
In this episode I'm sharing a lil exercise I do (pretty frequently) to help me start taking action when I really just don't f*****g feel like it. Because even though I know it'll feel good, I still take a lot of convincing to get off my ass and start.
If that sounds familiar, then this is definitely for YOU!
How to not hate yourself
Something about a house plant and how it needs water?
Oh right. Take care of yourself. The rest will follow.
Three Things I'm Doing To Deal with The Caronavirus
These are some crazy times. Here's how I'm coping with this crazy ass virus shit. Maybe you'll find it helpful! Let me know. Let's hang out on IG. I'm @notorious.hil. Who are you?
How to be OK with ups and downs
Life is full of ups and downs. They're inevitable. So wouldn't it be better if you could choose which ones you were going to have? At least to a certain extent. If struggle is just a part of life, you may as well struggle with things that are worth it to YOU. Sometimes you need a pass day. Cut yourself some slack. Enjoy some damn leisure time. And then pick yourself up and do the very best you can tomorrow.
