As we do every time on the radio we launched our 'air assault' with nothing but quality new & exclusive hip hop music then Carmen Breezy & Odell spoke on their experiences attending the Rick Ross album listening party at TreeSound Studios for his latest project 'Mastermind', & we were joined by a few special guests for interviews during the show.
This week music journalist & film director Rahiem Shabazz stopped by to talk about his new documentary called 'Elementary Genocide' that tackles the prison industrial complex problem & it's wildly conspicuous path from the classroom to the jail cell.
Our second guest on the show was Brooklyn, New York hip hop artist BK Brasco. The Brownsville, Brooklyn native delivered some insight on his background, spoke with us about traveling the world while working with producer Timbaland & collaborating with artists like Pusha T, Mario, & Stacy Barthe while shedding more insight on his new project called "18th Floor Thompson Hotel"

It was fitting that our special guest on the show this week was none other than Phife Dawg, formerly of legendary hip hop group 'A Tribe Called Quest.' Phife & producer DJ Rasta Root spoke on the making of the new single & video for #Dear Dilla that celebrates the life of the fallen hip hop icon. We also discuss Phife's upcoming album "MuttyMorphosis" which is due later this year.
We are also joined by the artist Allah's Apprentice & his partner in rhyme & in production Sabir. They spoke about their new music & obstacles coming up as hip hop artists out of Macon, Georgia.

Best Hip Hop Radio Show Period.
Hip hop is in a state of needing DJs and radio personalities to fearlessly play the best hip hop out there from artists known and unknown. No one does a better job than Jayforce with staying on top of groundbreaking music. Whether it's playing artists you know now BEFORE they are well known like Kendrick Lamar or putting you on to up and coming artists like Boog Brown, each show Jayforce proves he knows his hip hop. If you love good hip hop music check out this podcast, you won't be disappointed.
