Quote 1: "Skinny shaming is just as much of a thing as fat shaming. You'd be surprised how many times I hear, 'omg you're such a twig' 'do you ever eat?' 'you're all skin and bones'...…..it's hurtful. Also I don't think people realize that it's just as hard to gain weight as it is to lose it. I know I'm skinny. I don't need you to remind me" 

Skinny shaming is a thing
a. I remember being skinny shamed from a young age and especially remember how it felt
b. Those insecurities never went away and I never forgot those words/attitudes towards me
 
The things people would say were ridiculous
a. "Do you ever eat" "You look anorexic" "Are you anorexic" "You're nothing but skin and bones" "You're straight up and down"
b. It's hurtful
 
There's nothing we can do about it!
a. We can't gain weight
b. Even if we gain weight it won't be in the right places
c. It is just as hard to gain weight as it is to lose it. Maybe even harder.
Quote 2: "Often times there's this misconception that if you're skinny you have no worries. You can fit almost anything in the store, everything looks well on you, etc. ACTUALLY that's wrong. I probably struggle just as much as a plus size woman to find things that are both my size and flattering"
 
I HATE clothes shopping
a. I never find clothes that are flattering
b. My size is always taken
c. There's an assumption that all skinny people like to show skin
 
Skinny people are insecure about being skinny too
a. Not all of us like being skinny
 
Being skinny doesn't give you any special treatment in everyday life
a. I don't understand why there is such value placed on being skinny. It does nothing for you
 
Close:
We are all vulnerable when it comes to shapes and sizes, what's important is to be mindful of that.
You may think she has no reason to be insecure, but trust me, she feels some way about some thing
