There isn’t a person with a better combination of fitness/self improvement knowledge and life experiences than JoeC at this stage of the game. This content is head and shoulders above anything else I can find on podcast in similar genres. His levels of expertise, wisdom, and accomplishments are also so unique that he’ll likely be ahead of competition and on top of this format for a very long time to come.
