But do you know where this "Minion Method" came from? It came from a legendary BBQ guy out of the Pacific Northwest named Jim Minion, who on a whim, tossed some lit charcoal on top of some unlit charcoal in order to control the temperature of the cooker on the way up. Greg Rempe brings a great variety of guests to this entertaining and informative podcast, mixing food, equipment, recipes, and fun each week. He tosses in topics like cigars and music, and runs a tight ship. There’s something for all live fire cooking fans.
