One of the few bright stars in the HR space

I’ve been following Lars for almost a decade because he’s a constant source of great ideas in a field not known for great ideas. His podcast is a great way to access his insights and connections!

Great inside look into the HR world

As someone new to HR, I am constantly trying to learn more about the field and I look forward to doing so with this podcast every week. It's one of my favorites that I listen to. It has been really help to hear about other journeys in HR, and where HR is going to help me gain more knowledge for my current job as a recruiter and give me ideas on how to improve and where I could look to advance.
