I’ve been following Elle for a long time on instagram and love her account. I’ve recently started listening and first off I think it’s so cute it’s her and her madre do this together. But honestly the information is so helpful and I really appreciate the honesty. A lot of fitness industry people tell you what you want to hear and these two wonderful ladies don’t. You can tell they genuinely want to help. Their advice has helped me immensely and I constantly remind myself of things they have taught me throughout their podcasts. Thank you ladies!❤️
Not impressed
Not a fan after listening to the first 25 minutes of the vegan episode, but I’ll try with another and see if they’re more knowledgeable on other subjects!
