Blesties

Seriously great video game podcast featuring some TITANS of the industry. I used to read Justin’s articles on Joystiq and love basically everything the McElroy brothers do. Alongside Justin and Griffin, we’ve got Russ Frushtick and Chris Plante and the four of them just have amazing, hilarious and insightful dialogue about video games. Highly recommended!

Good for the most part

Very interesting and engaging to listen to. The hosts have a great rapport and are entertaining.

At one point Justin McElroy (one of the hosts) says that this is ‘his’ podcast. Part of me hopes that isn’t true because he’s the main reason I’ve taken away a star. It seems like half the time he can’t be bothered to play the games or prepare his thoughts, and yet he frequently he criticizes the other hosts simply for disagreeing with him or saying something he disagrees with. It comes off as self-absorbed, and that takes away from the show.

I have followed the show to Spotify, and look forward to listening to it more.

It’s a game of telephone

I listened to heroes and halfwits(Rooster teeth show) and when that ended I looked for another d&d show and found The adventure zone (McElroy show) and I’ve listened to the RT podcast for years so I listened to MBMBAM( McElroy) and then I hear an ad for a McElroy podcast on the RT podcast. They’ve collaborated a bit but I never knew about it. Loves the McElroys and RT.
