Wealth of inspiration and information

I started following Beth for her recipes years ago and have loved seeing the evolution of her professional and personal wellness journey. Every podcast episode is filled with invaluable information and encouragement. Beth is great at breaking down complex/nuanced concepts and science so that they are more digestible and actionable. I learn something new from every episode and excitedly wait for new ones.

Blood sugar rush with a crash

I really like the podcast. I was having issues with hyperinsulemic hypoglycemia .. aka carbs causing blood sugars to exponentially increase, then crash. Hidden around number 40-41 podcast was an amazing write up that saved my sanity. It describes the sugar and eating layout. Pointed me to way to succeed. Listening to shows has helped greatly!
