The Big Schmear is a new podcast about Jewish food. Each podcast will feature an interview with a chef, restaurateur, cookbook author or folks who love to cook and talk about Jewish food. We'll be talking with guests about the history and culture of Jewish food, holiday foods, Israeli food, Jewish food trends, nutrition, farming, and the politics of food. Each episode runs approximately 20 minutes and is distributed on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. Oy, I'm so hungry!

What a fun podcast full of interesting chefs, history of food, great restaurants and cookbooks to check out....very well done. But be careful when you listen to it...I listen on my drive to work and by the time I arrive, I am dying for a bagel with a schmear!
