The Biggest Gift You Can Give yourself

Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. Can you believe its almost the end of 2024 and what a year it has been. What I can say is that doing the work has been my biggest Christmas gift to myself. While recording this I felt such a sense of peace and lightness in my heart. Gone are the spinning thoughts.

In this week's episode I chat about the work I have done, how far I have come, what has worked for me and what I want to take into 2025. So I urge you to take a look at all areas of your life and work out where do I need to do the work. Spend the rest of this year reflecting and journalling and step into a new version of yourself for next year. My word this year was Magnetic let's see what 2025 will bring.
