Awesome insight

My family has a couple people with bipolar disorder and I am trying to understand how to help them and understand them. What they go through from different perspectives. Also I try to let them know about what I learn so maybe they can have something to relate to that they aren’t alone. I was wondering if there was an android friendly version of this podcast? Since some people I know don’t have an iPhone and they would benefit so much from your words of wisdom

Diagnosed with bipolar 1 adhd ptsd panic disorder

Hi, I just found your show, I could really use guidance as I have had so many traumas and assaults and I am on medication, almost two years ago I quit drinking, but I still have and have had recently dangerous psychotic breaks. Is there any way to get more guidance through you? My therapist doesn’t have much knowledge. Thank you
