Looking forward to more episodes!
Loved the first episode of BWA!!!! I enjoyed the conversation and learning how our past traumas still affect us today. As someone who enjoys practicing yoga I appreciate and agree with the the comments on how the practice can be used to heal and center us with all that we go through. I’m looking forward to future episodes!
