    L.U.V.

I think the biggest problem, the one thing that has caused this world a lot of it’s problems is the lack of love that we have for each other.

I believe in Will Smith’s definition of love. He spelt it as L. U. V., listen, understand and validate.

    Hope you enjoy this episode.

    Clarity

    Clarity

In this episode, we're going to be dealing with 'clarity'.

Clarity because my perspective was shifted regarding a lot of affairs drastically within the past few months. It was not easy because these are things that are indoctrinated into you as soon as you're born and it was hard to just switch up within a few months because these are things that I'veknown for a good 20 years of my life. And so I started asking myself, "what if the reality we think we know is actually constructed but we can't see it because a majority of us agreed that this is how the universe works?"

Have you ever wondered how whoever came up with kontimire stew came up with it? Like how did the person know that if add so so and so ingredients and if you boil this or steam that, grind this or mix this, you'll get something nutritious and edible into your body.

    Stay tuned!

    Meditation : What i've learned

    Meditation : What i've learned

Hi, you like my little intro tune? Let me know in your feedback.

Even though I encouraged meditating earlier in this podcast, I slacked a little bit, and so I wasn’t meditating for about a month or 2 because I guess shit happens. But I got back on it 2 months ago and I feel as though I’ve really progressed in my journey.

I think I’ve come to a substantial stage in my journey of consciousness and I would like to share a few things i've observed.

    Learning and Unlearning Part 3

    Learning and Unlearning Part 3

During this quarantine, I read a book by M. Scott Peck titled, ‘The Road Less Travelled’ about a new psychology of love, traditional values and spiritual growth and I found a lot of things that made me question a lot of things I’ve been told or the way I was brought up. It caused me to re-evaluate our core beliefs as Ghanaians or as Africans.
