    You are equipped with a beautiful brain that can easily tend towards hyper vigilance in the name of self preservation. Because of this, effortless happiness and deep enjoyment of the present can be short lived—followed by guilt, shame, or anxiety, waiting for the other shoe to drop or fearing losing it all. In this way guilt can mean that you are actually happy, anxiety can arise when your love is stretched. We are constantly dancing in polarity, the key is to stop making meaning when there is none and lean into what is actually alive within you. This episode ends with a short hypnosis to program in a sense of safety in the body even as discomfort arises.

Always Resonates!

Michelle is awesome at describing what it means to be human. She takes deep philosophy And makes it digestible for everyday life. I always feel a little more self love, acceptance, and understanding of myself after listening. Seriously, check this podcast out! My fave while driving and cooking.

Michelle’s podcasts are amazing! I’m not a yoga teacher but I get so much out of her messages. Often it is like she is telling me a message that I didn’t even know I needed to hear. She is so wise. These podcasts give you tools to better your everyday life experience.

I love this podcast! Michelle has such a deep knowledge of all things yoga and articulates herself very well. I reach for this podcast when I need some grounding, insight, or want to shift my perspective.

Michelle offers some sort of meditation/centering/breath practice at the beginning of each podcast. I value those moments just as much as the content discussed.

I can listen to an episode multiple times and get something new out of it every time. Michelle has some amazing gifts and I’m so glad she has decided to share them via this podcast!
