Resiliency & Making Impact

Thank you Dr. Lauren Cook for having me on your amazing podcast!! Also, I would also like to thank Ryan S. Armstrong for the introduction as well. The podcast was truly a humbling experience as I was able tell my Army story, resiliency and how giving back through community volunteering has brought me so much joy.
