Customer Reviews

Great for Young Bodybuilders

Excellent considering age of hosts. May not be for older lifters given their recommendations, for example, on not worrying about insulin resistance which has become a significant health concern globally - perhaps even for younger folks of general population. Overall good podcast for those new to bodybuilding.

Negative Nelly...

Lost me after a few F bombs and all the complaining... it’s hard to give credibility to anyone who talks like that...

Amazing podcast

This podcast is so informative! The hosts really have a passion for nutrition and are very humble! This podcast is not limited to people trying to compete in bodybuilding! If you are interested in nutrition this podcast is a must for you!!
