Fantastic podcast - thank you!

This is an amazing podcast. Jessi is an excellent host, and has wonderful guests that are prominent in their field talking about issues around food, body, fitness, health, and how they all interact. She takes an approach that is weight inclusive and promotes health at every size, which is MUCH NEEDED in the social media environment and wellness industries. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is interested in hearing meaningful conversations that address questions that need to be asked. Thank you for putting together this great show!

Excellent Resource for Combatting Diet Culture

This is one of my absolute FAVORITE podcasts. I constantly use it as a reference to dismantle the diet culture I may have internalized, and to grapple with the ins-and-outs of fad diets, fat phobia, and harms of food restriction. I love how instead of just pointing out the negative aspects of diet culture, Jessi and her guests also give tangible solutions to move forward from a body-positive, inclusive, informed perspective and start making a difference. The episodes about intuitive movement with Caitie Corradino, the F*ck it Diet with Caroline Dooner, and the episode about making an Body-inclusive space are particularly noteworthy for offering tools. As a Personal Trainer myself, I love that Jessi speaks as both an RD and a CPT, providing both vantage points to give a comprehensive look at the fitness and wellness world. I’m always excited for the next episode, and can’t recommend this podcast with more fervor!
