The best study of Daniel I have ever heard

I am familiar with the dispensational, Late Great Planet Earth teaching on the book of Daniel, but never before been exposed to the traditional, historic interpretation. It just makes sense and Professor Dennison is very thorough in his explanation. Also he gives a very good overview of ancient history (Assyria, Babylon, Persia, Greece, etc.) for people like me who are unfamiliar with that era. The historical background makes the book of Daniel much easier to understand. I highly recommend this podcast for anybody who is confused about this book and the prophesies contained in it.

Great Lessons in Biblical History

This series is a classic. It reviews in great depth the history before, during, and after the time of the Book of Daniel. It details the history of the 4 great kingdoms described in Daniel, and how the prophecy to Daniel was fulfilled.

The professor lays out clearly the case for understanding Daniel without swerving into either liberal or conservative error.

I came away from the podcast with a deep appreciation for knowing deeply the history of the world leading to the time of Christ, and for the wonder of the accuracy of the prophecies of Daniel.
