This is what makes this podcast different.
I listen to a lot of political podcast of the progressive, liberal and democratic perspective. That is certainly the conternt here, but I still feel like you are listening in to a mother/daughter conversation. This is how the first segment of their show goes. The second segment is usually an interview. The mother in the conversation is Senator Barbara Boxer and the daugher is Nicole Boxer, who is a documentary fillm maker. It is not going unnoticed that Nancy Pelosi's daughter is also a doc film maker. Perhaps they should collaborate. The Boxer's in this pod don;t hold back. They will present cohesive arguments and obseervations based on sound logic and an ethical perspective and present it in a confident forceful manner. I cannot go on enough about what a POSITIVE Barbara Boxer has been to the Senate and California. I am glad we still get to hear from her on this podcast format. And also Nicole, who represents the next generation seems to be incredibly mentally astute as well. Can't say enough good things after listening to one of these episodes
hard to listen to
listened to an episode of this podcast becuase they had a guest on who I was interested in, but found the interview and questions asked to be condescending. there have to be better political podcasts out there than this.
