The Brassy Broadcast has evolved from a strictly music business related podcast into an exploration of ways we create, engage, and communicate more effectively using the technology, social media, and platforms available to us.

Putting Your Creativity, Unique Gifts, and Talents to Work for You with Rebecca Fleetwood Hession
What if…we were encouraged to bring our creativity and our unique gifts to work with us? What would the world look like?
Would we be better humans? Would we do better work? Would we feel more satisfied and happy in our work lives and beyond?
What are the consequences of stuffing that creativity way down deep inside us?
Rebecca Fleetwood Hession, host of The Badass Women’s Council podcast joins me for this episode.
In addition to talking about creativity and how we can use our unique gifts and talents professionally, Rebecca also talks about the challenges she had to overcome to get her podcast out into the world…and what has happed as a result of putting out her first sh*tty podcast episode….

The 'Nudge' I Needed
Hi, Jen! I've been listening to you for the past few months as I worked on the launch of my podcast. Your information is very helpful and extremely encouraging for first time podcasters. One lesson I will hold with me is your message regarding releasing a crappy podcast. Giving us permission to not be perfect when we launch our podcasts. And your most recent episode on Imposters Syndrom is such a good reminder to us all! Keep up the great work!
The Real Deal
I just love Jen's refreshing and read voice. She makes me laugh, she makes me think, and she provides valuable content! Keep it coming!
