EP 68 (Every season has it’s moments… These are our last.)

    Again, we are always rolling.

Welcome to the last (or maybe second to last) "Extrem" Break-Ins.

Warson Ells (Joe Grunenwald) is still here and talking about his Nerdspan column and his co-podcast The Viewmasters!

Bruce watches a lot of TV. Mike looks up a lot of TV on his phone. Joe laughs.

Hokem realities; any reality without Wally West.

    Is the Doom Patrol cursed?

You can't feel a memory. Just stop.

Joe Hateful and the Negative Nancies!

Bruce prays to himself… because he listens.

We talk about Sex Criminals again. It's a good book people!

Mike and Joe double dip on comics. Is that the way it should be done? Yep.

Nick Dragotta is not a Mogwi.

Bruce is crazy. He quotes fiction as fact. Help him. Does he really have a wife?

    We are harsh!

Joe does not know how lady parts work.

WE ARE CHANGING THE NAME OF THIS DAMN THING SO DON'T BOTHER LIKING US ON FACEBOOK OR FOLLOWING US ON TWITTER. ITUNES... I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT THING EITHER...

Bruce checks "other" and finally Mike's brother Teddy check all this boxes.

EP 67 (Walter West hates the Flash!)

EP 67 (Walter West hates the Flash!)

Bruce and Mike reunite in the Hughes Cave for the beginning of the end! Wait...what?

But Mike didn't come alone. He brought Nerdspan columnist and one half of the Viewmaster podcast Joe Grunenwald.

The guys talk about Barry Allen and Reed Richards smoking habits and why Wally West still matters.

Bruce gets enraged about changing names from comic to screen, Joe looks for logic in the New 52, while Mike cries over cartoons and comics.

Should there be different artist on the same books? Will Wally West return to the Mark Waid glory days? And is the best X-O Manowar story a golden brick laid by Bruce after a night of Mexican food?

WE ARE CHANGING THE NAME OF THIS DAMN THING SO DON'T BOTHER LIKING US ON FACEBOOK OR FOLLOWING US ON TWITTER. ITUNES... I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT THING EITHER...

These questions and more will answered on the latest and penultimate chapter of The Breakins.

EP 66 (No one steals Steve Rogers’ purse!)

Bruce and Mike are scared of the internet! Thanks Jason Pitman…

Happy 5th season everybody. Now clean up my poop, Mike!

I am still waiting on Comixology to sell my comic!

Mike does the worst Kevin Smith impersonation ever. Ever.

Get back to work Bruce! (Check it yo!)

Hawkeye review! It's both timeless and very indicative of the '70s at the same time. We are stupid.

The Star Wars; Mike's take on the first take of some movies we have all seen…

Batman Vs Superman (or whatever it's called) leads to some interesting conversation… Like Brett Ratner directing the Justice League Movie. Weird. And we fix Wonder Woman.

Mike is also a Civil War buff. Yep.

Then we talk Chris Burnam and his awesomeness. Violence!

Check out The Break-Ins on Facebook here!
We also have a Twitter now as well!

Lastly we have a new iTunes page because iTunes is screwy & never answers their emails. Hate.

Lastly Bruce talks about Pretty Deadly and finds it to be a 5.5 out of 10… but thinks it would make a good play, use not a comic.

This is indeed a start to the new year Mike. Thanks.

    EP 65 (Unicorn Monkies!)

    Science!

We start this one out with what Mike wanted… and it was all right.

    It's not a goiter, it's a front hanging Quazimoto!

We chat about Stephen Platt and the money he made. Crazy!

    DNA; we miss you already.

Rob Liefeld – calling it like he sees it!

    Black Science 2! Fantastic Four-ish?

A little Harry Potter talk… All before the first break!

Then we talk Sherlock, Elementary & Hammer Horror.

Man of Steel finally gets talked about and of course that brings us back to Grant Morrison's All Star Superman.

Batman Vs Superman (or whatever it's called) leads to some interesting conversation… Like Brett Ratner directing the Justice League Movie. Weird. And we fix Wonder Woman.

We make fun of each other toward the end. It gets nasty.

Previewing the excitement; can it burn you out to look to far ahead?

    EP 64 (Rear (year) Ender!)

No one like dumb things in their hands… 64 episodes and Mike finally gets to pick a piece of music! Bruce gets Mike to play games while podcasting and we offend the dead. Paul Walker; this one's for you!

The meat of this episode is our review of Nowhere Men. Issue one and the trade… but only one of each has read either.

Which of The Beatles are the evilest?

What exactly is a scifi comic? Do we need sub-genres?

Bruce really liked this book… a lot.

We name drop Eric Shonborn… but mainly his height.

Mike has never truly read The Watchmen. Shame on him.

We also do some End of the Year review stuff. Highs and lows baby!

And... You can see the first part of Bruce's Boom Studios submission here!
