No Junk Volume Here!

The host does a great job of focusing on the topic at hand and asks great questions of his guests. I subscribe to at least five other podcasts related to bodybuilding and hypertrophy and Tom’s is by far the best!

Comprehensive, educational, applicable.

I really enjoy this podcast. A wide array of fitness and health related topics either experts in each topic that give real and factual information. It’s very comprehensive to both a novice and veteran lifter. One cirque is that most people interviewed are male and when discussing topics such as body fat and weight load they only address this as applied to males. Information for all listeners is greatly appreciated and I’m sure the experts interviewed are able to give these numbers for both males and females. Thanks for so many great episodes!

Great info

Hey Guys
Love the podcast - as well as the online content. Always find a nugget or 2 on training or nutrition - and appreciate the real scientific base. One reco is more regular podcast releases. I’m anyways psyched when I see one pop up but would love a regular 2 week cadence.
But great job - keep up the great content!
